Mr Feeney subjected a 71 year old pensioner to a terrifying 2 and a half hour sexual attack whilst he was drunk. He was convicted of assault with intent to rape. The victim's life has been destroyed as a result as she cannot leave her home and struggles to eat and sleep. It was revealed that he has a previous sexual conviction.
